We're looking for a leader who can match that energy while keeping our front of house running like a well-oiled machine.
The Role
We're hiring a Front of House Server Manager to lead our Host/Hostess, Server, and Takeout teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on high energy, genuinely loves connecting with guests, and takes real pride in building a strong team and a smooth-running floor.
What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and develop Host/Hostess, Server, and Takeout staff
- Build and manage weekly staff schedules
- Oversee daily and weekly opening, closing, and cleaning procedures for the front of house
- Taking tables as a lead server
- Manage inventory and ordering for takeout goods and supplies
- Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas to grow the business
- Champion an upselling culture — coach staff on suggestive selling for food, drinks, and specials
- Solve problems on the fly — staffing gaps, guest concerns, service hiccups — with a level head
- Build genuine relationships with regulars and new guests alike to drive loyalty and repeat visits
- Set the tone on the floor: high energy, welcoming, detail-oriented service every shift
- Partner with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house leadership role required
