Supervisor of Registration oversees daily registration operations, coordinating staff and workflows to ensure accurate, timely completion of duties. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to foster a positive work environment and support professional growth. Leads registration specialists as the first point of contact for patients, helping shape the overall patient experience. Champions technology and process improvements to enhance standardization and efficiency. Partners with clinical leadership to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and maintain quality, compliance, and accountability to organizational performance metrics and regulatory requirements.
3-4 years of experience in healthcare business operations, patient business office/registration, or medical office billing/claims, with demonstration of increasing responsibility, required.
