We deliver smart, efficient residential solar solutions that upgrade home comfort, slash monthly utility costs, and add lasting value. We are looking for experienced HVAC subcontractors to join our team and handle full system change.
What you'll do
- Complete full HVAC system change-outs.
- Install and replace ductwork when required.
- Properly install and connect HVAC equipment according to specifications and code.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues as needed.
- Perform service calls when available.
- Maintain a high standard of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in HVAC preferred.
- EPA Certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC installation or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and energy efficiency standards.
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
