Summary
As a Cold Call Sales Rep at DeConna Ice Cream, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our market presence. This role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring that our exceptional ice cream products reach a wider audience.
You should be highly motivated and a result-driven Cold Call Sales Rep. This position will require travel to cities in Orlando to SE Florida. Must be able to provide great customer service and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will live within this area. We will provide a company car and fuel card. Experience in customer service is a plus!
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission. We also provide solid training to prepare you to succeed, ongoing training as needed, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth.

As a DeConna Cold Call Sales Rep, you will be trained in…
- Seeking out and signing up new accounts
- Driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- As a Cold Call Route Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and seek to provide the right selection of products to maximize their sales.
- You will be trained to operate as a backup presales associate.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and Cold Calling
- Interact with potential customers covering our quality products, excellent customer service and solid profits from their ice cream sales
- Fill-in as backup presale when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cold Call Sales
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Identify Sales Opportunities
- Language English and Spanish speaking (preferred)
- Professional traits: self-motivated, proactive, and personable
