Part‑Time Mental Health Therapist – (PT, Fee‑for‑Service, With Supervision Support)
Location: Sewell
Role: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part‑Time (New Jersey)
Compensation (W‑2, fee‑for‑service):
- Pre‑licensed (LAC/LSW/LAMFT): $38-40 per completed session

1. 30‑Day In Person Training & Onboarding- few hours a week
- Week 1 in‑person orientation: EHR, documentation standards, workflows, and shadowing sessions.
- Weeks 2–4: graded ramp‑up with client sessions, chart review and weekly check‑ins so you’re not thrown in cold- all in person.
2. Steady, predictable caseload
- We handle marketing, referrals, insurance, and billing.
- Clear ramp plan to 10–20+ sessions/week within 6–8 weeks, not “hope your schedule fills.”
3. Hybrid schedule that fits your life
- At least one consistent in‑office block per week (EVENINGS AND SUNDAYS NEEDED) for clients who want to be seen in person.
- Additional telehealth blocks you choose (EVENINGS AND SUNDAYS NEEDED).
4. Supervision & clinical growth (especially for initially‑licensed)
- Access to our Supervision Network: a vetted list of supervisors you can contract with directly, so you’re not hunting on your own. If up to part time hours of 20-30, access to paid supervision.
- Monthly in‑house clinical case consultation group led by our Clinical Director (no extra cost).
- Clear structure so your documentation, risk language, and treatment planning are supported, not guessed.
5. Minimal admin
- Dedicated intake + front desk: we manage benefits checks, scheduling, reminders, and billing.
- You: provide therapy, complete notes in the EHR within our timeframe, and attend brief check‑ins.
