Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Lake Station, Indiana.
COMPENSATION
-
Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.

HRSA student loan repayment eligibility.

POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Promote preventive care and long-term wellness.
-
Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
-
Practice in a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment.

Work with experienced clinical and administrative support staff to maximize patient care time.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.

Current or eligible DEA registration.

Commitment to outpatient primary care.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
