Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing keys, and managing guest accounts.
- Support hotel management in ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
