Requirements:

Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy to children with autism and other developmental diagnoses

Collect real-time data on client progress

Follow individualized behavior plans written by your supervising BCBA

Maintain organized therapy materials

Participate in monthly team meetings and supervision sessions

Experience working with children (required)

Current RBT certification (required)

Comfortable with physical requirements:
- Lifting up to 25+ lbs
- Working on the floor or in active play environments
- Standing or sitting for extended periods
- Moving quickly and responsively

Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)

Some Saturdays required (rotational basis)

Weekday off provided when Saturday is worked
