Join our dedicated team as an Adult Foster Care Assistant Manager, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of adult foster care programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise foster care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to program standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to residents’ developmental needs and behavioral health requirements.
- Oversee program development initiatives that enhance resident engagement, skill-building, and community participation.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support collaborative care efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive administrative records, including documentation of services provided, incident reports, and compliance reports.
- Monitor program budgets and assist with resource allocation to ensure efficient operation of foster care services.
- Lead staff training sessions focused on behavioral health strategies, social work practices, and regulatory compliance to promote professional growth.
Skills
- Proven management experience in a social work or behavioral health setting with a focus on adult care or developmental disabilities.
- Strong program development skills with the ability to design innovative services that meet diverse needs.
- Excellent relationship management abilities to foster trust and collaboration among residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Solid administrative skills including recordkeeping, budgeting, and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and best practices for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
