Job Summary
Applied Care Services (ACS) is hiring Mental Health Practitioners to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) in Hennepin, Washington, Chisago, Dakota, Ramsey, and Anoka Counties. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them build skills, manage their mental health, and improve daily functioning.
This is a flexible, field-based position ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home, skills-based mental health services
- Help clients develop skills in mental health management, budgeting, and daily living
- Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with other providers and care teams
- Attend monthly consult group meetings
Qualifications (Must meet one)
- Enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health-related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience
- 6,000 hours of supervised experience providing mental health services
