Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete vehicle teardowns, damage analysis, and reassembly.
- Sheetmetal repair and replacement
- Structural repair and replacement
- Glass removal and installation (excluding windshields)
- Assist fellow team members when needed
- Meet productivity and quality expectations
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
