We are looking for a motivated and outgoing AT&T Team Member to join our growing team throughout Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build valuable experience in customer engagement and sales.
As a trusted partner of AT&T, we help connect customers with industry-leading wireless and internet connectivity solutions. The AT&T Team Member will represent the brand in person, educating customers on available products and services, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions that enhance their everyday lives.
In this role, you will become a knowledgeable resource for AT&T’s wireless and internet service offerings, guiding customers through the enrollment process, answering questions, and delivering a positive customer experience from the initial conversation through activation. By building genuine relationships and providing personalized recommendations, the AT&T Team Member plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Engage directly with customers to introduce AT&T’s fiber products and services
- Provide best-in-class customer service & sales support during in-person interactions, focusing on rapport building, customer need and account retention.
- Educate customers on available services, devices and promotions with clear communication and confidence.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their connectivity and improve their lifestyle.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Manage assigned territories appropriately and maximize reach to optimize conversion rates and increase revenue.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
