Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and completion times
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process
- Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Schedule appointments and manage daily service workflow
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect payment and complete all required paperwork
- Manage workflow and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- New Car Dealership experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
