Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, companionship, and support clients in their homes.
Duties:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation
- light house keeping
-meal preparation
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Experience: Geriatrics, long-term care, assisted living, memory care and home health.
- Experience in home health care settings preferred
- Exposure to Long-Term Care, Outpatient, and home health settings is beneficial
