Preschool Teacher Associate

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Assist in planning and leading hands-on learning activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Observe and document children's progress and share developmental milestones with the teaching team and families.
- Encourage positive behavior through patience, consistency, and age-appropriate guidance.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Ability to engage young learners through play-based and hands-on learning experiences.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality early childhood education.
- Child Development Associate (CDA), early childhood coursework, or other childcare certifications are preferred but not required.
