JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure optimal product presentation, availability, and execution within assigned retail stores throughout the Southern United States region through regular in-person store visits. This position plays a key role in maintaining effective relationships with store management, ensuring compliance with merchandising, inventory, and promotional standards, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence, and contributing to increased sales through consistent execution at the point of sale.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular visits to all assigned stores to ensure proper product presentation and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
- Identify and address inventory needs and market demands.
- Organize, stock, and maintain company product displays and shelving in assigned stores, ensuring an attractive, organized presentation that aligns with brand standards.
- Manage and execute planogram changes according to customer requests, ensuring effective implementation and compliance with established store standards.
- Replenish and maintain product displays in optimal condition, ensuring proper presentation and adequate inventory levels, particularly during the receipt and placement of new merchandise shipments.
- Assemble and install product displays and shelving in assigned stores and arrange merchandise accordingly, ensuring an organized, attractive presentation that complies with company merchandising standards.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure additional shelf and display space for company products by coordinating with store management and personnel to strengthen brand presence, increase visibility, and drive sales.
- Validate credits received at assigned stores by properly evaluating merchandise and determining the appropriate course of action for disposition in accordance with company guidelines.
- Analyze inventory levels, product turnover, and product availability at assigned stores and provide recommended order suggestions based on the needs identified at each location.
- Prepare customer quotations and provide pricing and product information as needed.
- Provide customer service and support to store visitors by offering product guidance and assisting with inquiries related to company products.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule store visits and merchandising activities and make adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities at assigned stores to attract customer attention, ensuring the availability of required promotional materials and giveaways.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
- High School Diploma, Technical Education, or related certifications preferred.
Competencies
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high product presentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (primary working language).
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working with information systems and technology platforms.
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
