Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, reliable Landscape Crew Member ready to master our operations and quickly step into a leadership role. You will start on the ground—with a heavy initial focus on precision weed eating and trimming—while learning how our company is run. Our goal is to train you on our exact standards so you can take over and manage the route within 6 to 12 months, leading a new crew of 1–2 members.
What You Will Do
Operate Equipment: Use weed eaters, edgers, hedgers, blowers, chainsaws, and pole saws (mowers and riders will be introduced last).
Learn the Business: Learn our exact company standards and operational methods from the ground up.
Adapt Daily: Maintain a flexible mindset as schedules shift weekly due to weather and customer needs.
Prepare to Lead: Master the route so you can step up to manage and mentor future crew members.
