Title Clerk – Pollard Friendly Ford
Pollard Friendly Ford is hiring an experienced, dependable Title Clerk to join our team.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of accuracy and timely processing in a busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have dealership title experience and be comfortable working with customers, lenders, government agencies, and dealership personnel.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and promptly
- Prepare and submit title paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
- Process vehicle payoffs, liens, and lien releases
- Verify all title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain title records and follow up on outstanding titles
- Process out-of-state title and registration paperwork
- Work with lenders, customers, and appropriate state agencies to resolve title issues
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Assist the accounting office with related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership title experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and dealership management systems
- Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
