Overview
RC Furniture has been manufacturing fine upholstered furniture in Southern California since 1984. A major supplier to furniture retailers nationwide, RC Furniture has forged into the high-end furniture world and is looking to add to our team.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our packing and finishing departments. This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in ensuring our upholstered furniture is clean, complete, and properly prepared before shipment.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys staying active throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep upholstered furniture for packing by placing cushions, pillows, and trims
- Inspect finished pieces and trim excess threads as needed
- Lightly clean and dust furniture prior to packing
- Pack pillow-only and custom cushion orders with care and accuracy
- Support the packing team with general assistance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple small tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable working on your feet and moving throughout the facility
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, upholstery, or warehouse/packing environments

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
