Position Summary
We are hiring a PRN Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to support OB/GYN and fertility clinics with high‑quality ultrasound services. This role is ideal for sonographers seeking flexible scheduling, a positive clinical environment, and opportunities to grow their skill set.
This position does not require high‑risk OB experience. However, pathways to cross‑train into high‑risk OB, MFM, or fetal echo are available for sonographers who want to expand their clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN, pelvic, early OB, and fertility ultrasound exams
- Follow established scanning protocols to ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Communicate findings clearly to providers and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Support clinic flow and uphold sonographer safety standards
Qualifications
- ARDMS‑registered in OB/GYN (or ARDMS‑eligible)
- Strong foundational skills in pelvic and early OB imaging
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in fast‑paced outpatient settings
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in fertility or reproductive endocrinology
- Additional ARDMS registries (AB, RVT, AE, FE)
- Interest in expanding into high‑risk OB or fetal echo through structured training pathways
