What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services in school, home, and/or community-based settings
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Implement therapy interventions that support students’ academic and functional success
- Collaborate with teachers, families, caregivers, and related service providers
- Track student progress and adjust goals/interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with NYS and district guidelines
Requirements
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist License (OTR/L)
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
