Maj's Services Inc. is a year-round site maintenance and soil erosion company seeking a Crew Leader. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TEMPORARY WORK)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have construction or landscape foreman/ crew leader background
- Chauffeur license and current Medical Card is required. CDL is a plus
- Must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer, and operating machinery
- Must be able to know how to use a tablet and generate accurate paperwork for each job
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. or more REPEATEDLY
- Hydroseeding experience a plus
PAY INFORMATION:
$22-25 per hour to start (depending on experience)
Paid Sick Time
After 30 workings days candidate will be eligible for the following benefits:
1) 6 days of holiday pay – 8 hours straight time pay
2) Birthday Pay – 8 hours straight time pay
After 1 year candidate will be eligible for:
1) 401K and including a 4% company match.
COMPANY INFO:
We service some of the largest builders in the State. The main line of work is installing silt fencing by way of a stand on trencher, pounding in stakes by hand then backfilling dirt. Other duties included but are not limited to: brush hogging with zero turn mowers, weed whipping, stump grinding, debris cleanup, placing seed and straw blankets, lifting manhole covers to install filters, installing heaters and plastic enclosures in winter.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
