Line Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
· Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
· Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
· Passion for culinary excellence and creativity
Line Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook menu items
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
· Work efficiently under pressure
· Collaborate with the rest of kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation
· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
