Customer Service Representative – Medical Collections
Paris, TN | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends!
Are you a people person with great communication skills? Looking for a stable, weekday schedule with a company willing to train the right candidate? We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our clientin Paris, TN!
In this role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls related to medical collections while providing professional and courteous customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong phone skills, and is comfortable working in an office environment.
What You'll Do:
- Make and receive customer phone calls
- Discuss and resolve medical account balances
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Enter and update information in computer systems
- Provide excellent customer service while following company guidelines
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
✔ Basic to intermediate computer skills
✔ Professional attitude and dependable attendance
✔ Ability to remain courteous and calm in difficult conversations
✔ Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
