Key Responsibilities

Lead all front-of-house operations including register, drive-thru, and dining room

Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest

Develop and coach front-of-house leaders and team members

Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service
