Role Summary
The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, staging, deployment, and fulfillment of end-user IT assets. This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements
Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow
Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation
Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates
Perform intake and restocking of returned assets
Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy
Conduct routine inventory audits
Support bulk fulfillment initiatives
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT asset fulfillment or depot operations
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Familiarity with imaging and device configuration
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Ability to lift and move IT equipment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
