The Inlander is seeking a Sales Team Assistant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Sales Team Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the success of the Inlander Sales Team and that day-to-day operations of the Inlander run smoothly. This position is responsible for administrative tasks such as:
- Creating and updating sales materials, presentations, reports and proposals.
- Verifying placement, accuracy and compliance of print and digital advertising.
- Uploading, maintaining and tracking digital advertising on Inlander.com.
- Assembling, proofing and sending Inlander marketing and newsletter emails.
- Other general administrative tasks needed around the office.
The Sales Team Assistant is also the first point of contact for the Inlander, greeting visitors at the door and answering phone calls and emails.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple administrative and sales requests.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Two-year or four-year college degree, or equivalent working experience in an administrative-type position.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. This position is all about good communication! The ability to do so effectively is vital to success in this role.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must work well as a part of a team.
- Must have strong basic computer skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness/ability to learn new software as required on the job.
This position will work daily with:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Slack
- Mac OS (The Inlander is a fully-Mac environment)
- Adobe InDesign
*Experience with Adobe Suite of software is a definite plus but not required to apply
WOULD BE COOL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience working in a media sales environment.
- Experience with the Adobe Suite of Software, especially InDesign.

Set schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $18.50 - 20.50 per hour
