Content & Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Content & Operations Manager to join our team full-time. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a full-time content creator, supporting both business operations and content production.
This role combines creative, administrative, and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with both business and personal administrative tasks.
- Participate in 1–2 in-person content shoot days per week, helping capture content for multiple social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media accounts.
- Manage social media accounts, including responding to comments, posting stories, and writing engaging captions.
- Create basic graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets for social media.
- Complete light editing tasks as needed.
- Conduct weekly account reviews, monitor performance, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve growth and engagement.
- Keep projects organized, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively follow through on assigned tasks.
- Assist with general business operations and additional projects as they arise.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat, and similar platforms.
- Basic graphic design and editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Comfortable using social media scheduling tools and learning new software.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to solve problems independently.
Preferred
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, or digital brands.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and platform growth strategies.
Position Details
- Full-time position.
- Includes 1–2 in-person content production days per week, with the remaining work completed remotely unless otherwise required.
- Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
