We partner directly with AT&T to bring their products and services to customers face-to-face, and we're looking for our next team member who is a motivated and people-driven AT&T Sales Associate to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing as Our AT&T Sales Associate:
- Meeting with customers face-to-face to present and promote AT&T products and services in a clear, confident, and professional way
- Listening to customers' needs and recommending the right solutions that deliver real value
- Handling customer questions and objections with professionalism and problem-solving
- Attending daily team training sessions to stay sharp on the latest AT&T promotions and product updates
- Tracking your personal sales progress using simple, easy-to-learn tools
- Collaborating with your team and managers to share winning strategies and hit goals together

Who We're Looking For in Our Next AT&T Sales Associate:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or any customer-facing role
- A people person — you're comfortable striking up conversations and building quick rapport
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to grow
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
- No CRM experience required — we'll train you on every tool you need
