Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am-1pm, 3pm-6pm
Harbour Health Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Back Office Assistant to join our chiropractic team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient flow and room preparation
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
- Support chiropractors and staff with daily office tasks
- Help with scheduling, filing, and administrative duties
- Manage supplies and inventory
- Ensure excellent patient experience and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office is a plus, but not required
- Reliable and punctual
