We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the products we build and ensure they are installed safely, correctly, and professionally at commercial and industrial job sites. From awnings and canopies to signs and custom structures, you’ll be the final step that brings our work to life for the customer.
This is a traveling role that includes job site installations, service work, and occasional overnight stays. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems in the field, and seeing the immediate impact of your work, this is a great opportunity.

Install awnings, canopies, signs, and related products at commercial and industrial job sites.

Service and repair existing installations as needed.

Read and interpret prints, drawings, and job specifications.

Take field measurements and verify dimensions to ensure accurate manufacturing and installation.

Build and assemble welded components per engineering drawings and production standards.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely and effectively.

Prepare tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job.

Document installation and service work through logs, forms, and reports.

Identify and report fabrication or installation issues and assist in resolving them.

Represent the company professionally while working on customer sites.

Travel to job sites, customer locations, and other facilities as required, including overnight stays.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Maintain a valid DOT medical card.

Pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing.

High school diploma or GED required.

1 year of construction, installation, or related field experience preferred, but not required.

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools (tape measure proficiency required).

Ability to read and interpret prints or basic technical drawings.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

Outdoor work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Frequent ladder work, overhead lifting, bending, twisting, and standing.

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Travel required, including overnight stays and extended work hours.

Must be comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions.
