As a Project Manager for Evo Exhibits, this person provides a tailored service for each of our clients; from sales orders, timelines, strong professional demeanor and a quick response. This person must be flexible, excellent people skills, and a strong problem solver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Enters/Maintains projects in an internal project management software.
o Creates Sales Orders for exhibits or corporate environments along with show services (as required) in order to provide clarity for final designs, finishes, services and overall project expectations.
o Creates and manages project timelines in order to meet strict deadlines.
o Leads launch meetings and leads all meetings related to project management processes.
o Participates in Pre-Detail meetings with Design, Engineering, Production and Account Executives/Account Managers to review project timelines and client expectations.
o Creates Vendor Purchase Orders for all components required for project.
o Creates and issues change orders as required with additional Sales Orders to clients.
o Communicates with and provides support to the production throughout the project.
o Partners with Account Executive/Account Manager to approve pre-show staging of project.
o Leads Pre-Show meetings with I&D teams to review show service requirements, exhibit assembly instructions and client expectations.
o Partners with Account Executive/Account Manager to be on call for any show site requests, questions or troubleshooting.
o Leads Post-Show meetings to address any return inspection damage or loss issues.
o Partners with Accounting Department to reconcile all costs in jobs and creates Final Sales Orders for additional billing of show services, damage or loss so job can be closed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with trade shows, conventions or event planning a plus.
- Expected to work at least 45 hours per week.
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive with a sense of urgency to respond at all times.
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Actively learns and applies new methods for increased efficiencies in department.
- Strong Windows/Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
