Pineapple Willy's is looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our back-of-house team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing quality ingredients that help create great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Wash, peel, chop, slice, and prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and storage areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist kitchen staff with daily operational needs
- Stock and rotate inventory as directed
- Support the line and kitchen team during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Knife skills preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

- Full-Time Position
- Open Availability Preferred, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
