Production Lead
We’re looking for a motivated Lead to help guide our manufacturing assembly and installation teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and can help keep a team moving safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished product.
In this position, you’ll help oversee daily assembly and installation activities, support team members, and work alongside the crew to build and install important components. Full training will be provided on our products, processes, and installation standards, but we’re looking for someone with leadership potential, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:
- Helping lead manufacturing assembly and installation crews
- Coordinating daily tasks and keeping work moving efficiently
- Assisting with building, assembling, and installing components
- Supporting, training, and guiding team members on proper procedures
- Ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards
- Preparing materials, tools, equipment, and work areas
- Communicating with supervisors about progress, needs, and issues
- Setting a positive example through reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Working hands-on with the team to complete projects

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
