We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
Schedule:
- Flexible availability is preferred
- Must be available to work both daytime and evening shifts as needed
- Monday–Friday availability preferred
- Weekend availability is a plus
- We are looking for someone with consistent, long-term availability
- Additional hours may be available for team members who are able to help cover shifts when needed
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Pay increases to $18.00/hour after successfully completing training and demonstrating the ability to independently prepare both smoothies and food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare smoothies and food
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Restock products and supplies
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Able to work both daytime and evening shifts
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Paid training provided
- Must follow all food safety and hygiene requirements
- Artificial/acrylic nails and long nails are not permitted when handling food
