As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community looking its best by:
Preparing apartments for new residents
Interior painting, touch-ups, patching, and minor repairs
Completing general handyman projects throughout the community
Assisting with preventative maintenance and work orders
Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily maintenance tasks
Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized
Previous painting and handyman/maintenance experience
Experience with apartment turns or residential maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High School Diploma or Equivalent
