Job Title: Line Cook – Grill, Fry & Salad/Board (Scratch Kitchen)

We're hiring 2 cooks across three stations:
- Grill – proteins, temps, timing. The heartbeat of the line.
- Salad / Board – cold side, prep, plating, garnish. The station that keeps tickets moving and the line honest.
What you'll do
- Run your station clean, stocked and ready before the doors open.
- Hit ticket times without cutting corners.
- Follow recipes and specs the way they're written — scratch food only works when everyone respects the process.
- Keep food-safety and sanitation standards tight, every shift.
- Step up when the rush hits and the team needs you.
What we're looking for
- 6+ months on a line preferred — but if you've got the work ethic and a real desire to learn, talk to us.
- Someone dependable. Show up, on time, ready to work.
- Calm under pressure. Friday night doesn't rattle you.
- A team player who'd rather have a clean kitchen than an excuse.
