Go On Cargo LLC is looking for a Part-Time Driver Recruiter / HR Coordinator to assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding our CDL and Delivery Drivers.
We are looking for someone organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with drivers throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and communicate with CDL and Delivery Driver candidates
- Review applications and pre-screen applicants
- Conduct or coordinate driver interviews
- Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email
- Assist candidates with completing hiring applications and required paperwork
- Coordinate background checks, MVRs, drug testing, and other hiring requirements
- Conduct new-driver orientation for CDL and Delivery Drivers
- Maintain organized driver and hiring records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Work with management to fill open driver positions quickly
Qualifications:
- Recruiting, HR, administrative, or transportation experience preferred
- Trucking/driver recruiting experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and text
- Comfortable using computers and online hiring systems
- Able to work independently and follow established hiring procedures
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time
- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows
