Outside Sales Representative – Modern Roofing
Location: Summerville, SC
Compensation: $55,000 salary + 2% commission OR 10% commission with intake bonuses $50 EACH. Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses are an addition.
What You’ll Do:
Must have reliable transportation of their own.
Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs.
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations.
- Assist customers in navigating the homeowner's insurance claims process to ensure their roof damage is properly evaluated and covered.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team goals.
- Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property.
- Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated and results-driven individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
