We’re looking for a strong, steady leader to join our management team at our Biddeford location. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to run a restaurant at a high level while still being present on the floor, supporting both guests and staff.
Our ideal candidate brings prior restaurant and management experience, a calm and dependable leadership style, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across all areas of the operation.
As General Manager, you are responsible for setting the tone of the restaurant. Guest satisfaction and employee wellbeing are your top priorities, and you take ownership of the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, both front and back of house
- Hire, train, and develop a strong and accountable team
- Create and manage staff schedules to support service and control labor costs
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Handle guest relations with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Drive a positive, team-first culture that reflects our brand
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior restaurant management experience (GM or senior leadership preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead under pressure and make sound decisions
