Compensation:
$20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Manage HubSpot CRM (with help onboarding)

Keep all contact data clean and tagged

Add new contacts and ensure completeness

Send cards (birthday, home anniversary, life events)

Monitor SOI life events on social media

Maintain past client follow-ups

Plan client events/giveaways
-
Coordinate referral partner relationships

Track outreach and client notes
-
Coordinate and personalize closing gifts

Request and manage client testimonials
-
Prepare listing documentation and ensure completeness

Input listings into MLS in an accurate and timely manner

Assist with digital marketing strategy and deployment

Assist with administrative duties

This position also has the potential to add transaction coordination duties as skill and responsibility level grow
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will be innately curious, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, loyal, and excited to grow with us. Experience in many of the above responsibilities is a must. An active real estate license is a bonus, but not required.
