Are you an organized, caring, and team-minded dental professional who loves making patients feel at home? Our dynamic, doctor-owned general dental practice is looking for a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Coordinator to join our friendly and hard-working team!
Our office hours are Mondays/Tuesdays 8am-5pm, Wednesday/Thursday 8am-4pm, with 1 hour lunch. Fridays are 8am-1pm.
We’re a close-knit group that takes pride in providing excellent care while keeping the atmosphere positive, down-to-earth, and fun. We are looking to add a personable, energetic, and experienced Patient Coordinator who is motivated, has a positive attitude, and is able to provide high quality communication and customer service to our patients. Experience using Open Dental is a plus, but not required. Our next team member should have experience verifying dental insurance, and be comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients. Personality, passion, and fun are a must!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Verifying dental insurance benefits, ensuring accuracy of subsequent patient financial estimates
- Scheduling patients, utilizing block scheduling techniques and requesting deposits for big cases
- Following up on unscheduled treatment, helping patients understand their insurance coverage and care plan
- Assisting with financial arrangements and discussing treatment costs clearly and compassionately
- Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed to enhance office productivity - it’s a team effort!
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental experience (insurance and scheduling experience preferred; willing to train someone with a clinical background)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental experience a big plus!)
- Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a true team-player mindset
- A friendly, energetic professional that loves making connections with patients
