Qualifications of the Regional Director of Operations:
- Must have Oklahoma Administrator License
- MUST have 2-3 years of prior Regional experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
- Must be knowledgeable in all current regulations and compliance
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have strong leadership skills
