Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Our well-established, Oakland Park Physical Therapy practice is seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Florida Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team for varied mainly afternoon hours, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida State Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited PTA school or program
- Competent, strong, proficient computer skills and accurate, timely clinical documentation in a fast paced, outpatient setting
- Clinical skills in all types of rehabilitation not limited to, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
- Strong patient interpersonal skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to motivate and encourage diverse populations
- Able to build strong relationships with patients and work well with coworkers
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus
