We are looking for an honest, experienced, and skilled MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN that has experience in interior/exterior renovations, painting, drywall, carpentry, roofing (not a must but a PLUS), siding, gutters, flooring, etc.
This is a full-time all-year-round position for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN who has experience in maintenance work.
Doesn’t matter where you live, as you don’t need to come to the office, you go directly to the job and get paid via direct deposit
This position is NOT at 1 site daily and is a position where work orders are performed at different sites daily, as we work at multiple properties throughout Southeast Michigan

Compensation
- $23 - $33+ per hour
- Weekly Pay (Direct deposit)
- Work van provided and driven from home to job sites by foreman/lead painters
- Gas card provided and gas paid for from home to the job by foreman/lead painters
Responsibilities
- Tenant turn repair projects, General home and apartment maintenance work, and repairs
- Painting, Carpentry and General Repairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous construction and/or maintenance/professional trade experience
- Must be able to take work order instructions and complete them in a timely fashion
- Valid Driver's License
