We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence, reports, and scheduling
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for clients
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Support general office management duties to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical background
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks
- Quickbooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
