Position Overview
Steve Pyatt Insurance is seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an individual who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a insurance environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with personal lines insurance inquiries, quoting coverage, resolving service-related matters, and supporting overall agency operations. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate coverage options, policy information, and service solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate personal lines insurance quotes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions within the agency management system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline internal processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and product offerings.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members on customer service standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to support sales initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling when appropriate.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or outside sales.
- Experience in personal lines insurance including autos, homes, recreational vehicles.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- Minimum of one year of insurance sales experience (preferred).

Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience, plus commission paid monthly.
