Jones Logistics is a driver-focused carrier built on safety, consistency, and treating drivers with respect. We’re hiring Day Cab Dry Van Drivers in Oshkosh, WI to haul raw materials and finished generators for a dedicated customer operation.
This is a steady Monday through Friday position with local routes, reliable freight, and home daily schedules.

What You’ll Get:
- $27.5 per hour
- $500 sign on bonus at 30 days
- At 180 days $1k retention bonus
- Monday-Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Home daily

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hauling dry vans to and from the Oshkosh distribution center
- Transporting generators and raw materials throughout Wisconsin and Chicagoland
- Routes include Richfield, Berlin, Jefferson, Waukesha, Whitewater, Janesville, and surrounding vendor locations
- Combination of drop and hook and live loading/unloading
- Bumping docks and moving trailers between doors and the yard
Equipment You’ll Use:
- Day Cab Trucks
- Dry Van Trailers
- Mack Anthem and Kenworth equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 24 months verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Clean MVR and safe driving history
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test
Orientation & Training:
- $400 orientation pay after completing the following week
- Training paid at $200/day
- Minimum 2 days of training
