We're looking for a motivated, licensed real estate professional who enjoys working with people, thrives on follow-up, and wants to build a career in investment real estate. If you're looking for something beyond traditional retail real estate, this is an opportunity to earn consistent hourly income while also participating in performance-based bonuses and commissions.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional local meetings when needed for sellers, clients, or company business.
What You'll Do
As our Acquisitions & Dispositions Specialist, you'll help guide leads from the first conversation through closing by building relationships, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating transactions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contact and qualify motivated seller leads.
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify their goals and motivation.
- Conduct acquisition follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
- Present offers and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Communicate with investors and buyers regarding available properties.
- Coordinate transactions with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline updates.
- Track daily activity, appointments, offers, contracts, and key performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Must reside in the Orlando, Florida area
- Previous real estate sales or client-facing real estate experience
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organization and CRM management
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to work the required schedule, including Saturdays
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Real estate acquisitions
- Dispositions
- Investment properties
- Wholesaling
- Motivated sellers
- Cash offers
- Creative finance
- Investor buyers
- Off-market properties
- Title coordination
- Follow Up Boss, Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
Schedule
Monday – Thursday
- 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday
Saturday (Required)
25 Hours Per Week
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Approximately $500 per week in base pay
- $50 weekly KPI bonus after training
- Performance-based commission:
- 5% of net profit on your first closed sale
- 7.5% on your second closed sale
- 10% on your third and additional closed sales
- Additional commission opportunities based on long-term performance
