What You Will Do:

Maintain displays: Ensure bakery cases and tables are beautifully merchandised, fully stocked, and properly rotated for maximum freshness and visual appeal.
Control inventory: Order ingredients and supplies, monitor shrink, and manage department labor and food costs effectively.
Ensure safety: Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a spotless and compliant department.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in bakery operations and a strong understanding of commercial baking and decorating processes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a professional, courteous attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
The physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy bags of ingredients, and work safely in a warm, fast-paced environment.
Sharp attention to detail regarding product quality, portion control, and accurate labeling.
Previous management experience in a retail or grocery bakery setting is highly preferred.
